Project Coordinator

This position is part of the Sign Department.

Duties include:

  • works closely with the sign salesperson from inception to installation
  • monitors email and responds to vendor issues and customer questions
  • follows thru on permitting, design, estimating, purchasing, equipment rental and installation team scheduling
  • main purpose is to keep jobs on task, staying one step ahead of the process to move through the system in a timely fashion
  • In office or possible remote work; desk job

Personality type:

  • great customer service communication skills
  • multi-task oriented; manages multiple jobs at one time
  • attentive to details; reviews fabrication and design elements
  • sign industry experience or graphic design background a plus but if none, a quick learner will do
  • would like someone that is interested in signs or has a strong passion for signage
