Project Coordinator
This position is part of the Sign Department.
Duties include:
- works closely with the sign salesperson from inception to installation
- monitors email and responds to vendor issues and customer questions
- follows thru on permitting, design, estimating, purchasing, equipment rental and installation team scheduling
- main purpose is to keep jobs on task, staying one step ahead of the process to move through the system in a timely fashion
- In office or possible remote work; desk job
Personality type:
- great customer service communication skills
- multi-task oriented; manages multiple jobs at one time
- attentive to details; reviews fabrication and design elements
- sign industry experience or graphic design background a plus but if none, a quick learner will do
- would like someone that is interested in signs or has a strong passion for signage
