• Capable of managing production flow and output
• Graphics design and Sign Industry experience necessary for consideration
• Capable of maintaining and running large format printers, laminators and plotters

Expectations:

• Visits weekly with owners on current status of WIP and sales goals 
• Maximizes output by keeping the production team organized and on schedule
• Maximizes profits by purchasing inventory smart and minimizing production waste
• Able to calmly handle deadlines and due dates
• Runs and maintains all large format printers and plotters
• Works with the shop bot, shop tools and shop equipment
• Knowledge of Adobe, Flexi and Onyx software systems
• Proficient in vinyl applications - fleet vehicle, wall graphics and interior signage
• Works well with others - Has a clean driving record - Can pass mandatory drug test 
• Works full time 7:30 - 5:00 Monday thru Thursday and 7:30 - 1:00 Friday
