Qualities:

• Works with a team and facilitates a fun but productive work environment
• Capable of managing work in progress through timely production flow and accurate output 
• Technical and organizational skills a plus 
• Graphics design and/or sign industry experience necessary for consideration

Expectations:

• Maximizes output by keeping the production team organized and on schedule
• Maximizes profits by purchasing inventory smart and minimizing production waste
• Able to calmly handle deadlines and due dates
• Capable of running and maintaining large format printers and plotters
• Capable of running production equipment - router and shop tools
• Knowledge of Adobe and Flexi software systems  
• Proficient in vinyl applications - fleet vehicle, wall graphics and interior signage
• Works full time 7:30 - 5:00 Monday thru Thursday and 8:00 - 1:00 Friday
